Creative Learning Centre are registered service providers for Innovative Community Participation and Therapeutic Supports.

While NDIS core funding can be used for the classes, the classes are registered for Innovative

Community Participation which is capacity building. You can request this item to be in your plan:

09_008_0116_6_3 – Innovative Community Participation.

The item number for the Therapeutic Support meetings and report is Capacity Building, Daily Living 15_056_0128_1_3. This fee will be charged by the Occupational Therapist after the meeting and report.

A service agreement (link to Draft service agreement) will be created on enrolment for 12 months of classes and includes service fees. This service agreement can be ceased at any time. A copy of our service agreement can be viewed here.
