Leap into Dance provides our Service Agreement to families prior to their trial class, the Service Agreement is then completed once enrolment is confirmed for the dance/yoga/fitness program.

Leap into Dance’s employees and contractors follow our Code of Conduct policy that provides the framework of principles for conducting business, dealing with other employees, clients and suppliers. The Code of Conduct does not replace legislation and if any part of it is in conflict, then legislation takes precedence. The policy is based on our values and the others are recommended by Small Business Victoria. Furthermore, staff must abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct.

All staff meet the requirements for the NDIA worker screening.
We aim to resolve problems and grievances promptly and as close to the source as possible. When necessary Leap into Dance will escalate a grievance to the next higher level of authority for more discussion, resolution and advise.

Leap into Dance has developed a COVID-Safe plan for the running of classes within Halsey Studios. Leap into Dance continues the flexibility of running online classes when required for the safety of all participants.
