Our Service Commitment

Leap into Dance provides our Service Agreement to families prior to their trial class, the Service Agreement is then completed once enrolment is confirmed for the dance/yoga/fitness program. 

Our Service Agreement contains:

  • The Support Plan details
        • Enrolment details, progress meeting and holidays program information
  • Support Plan Costs
        • Full break down of an example of one year of costs
  • Consulting Occupational Therapist Details
        • How Lee Frances can be further involved eg. meetings, completion of reports
  • Cancellation Policy
  • New Participants and Program Planning
        • Helpful information e.g why they are accessing the program, their sensory profile and access requirements
  • Making a complaint
        • Initial steps and including contact details for the NDIS commission
  • Consents and Agreements
        • Including Rights and Responsibilities, consent for participation and participation risks

Code of Conduct

Leap into Dance’s employees and contractors follow our Code of Conduct policy that provides the framework of principles for conducting business, dealing with other employees, clients and suppliers. The Code of Conduct does not replace legislation and if any part of it is in conflict, then legislation takes precedence. The policy is based on our values and the others are recommended by Small Business Victoria. Furthermore, staff must abide by the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Complaints & Feedback

We aim to resolve problems and grievances promptly and as close to the source as possible. When necessary Leap into Dance will escalate a grievance to the next higher level of authority for more discussion, resolution and advise.

COVID Safe Plan

Leap into Dance has developed a COVID-Safe plan for the running of classes within Halsey Studios. Leap into Dance continues the flexibility of running online classes when required for the safety of all participants.

Leap into Dance is an unregistered service provider from 1st July 2021 and so will not be about to process agency managed funds, however will continue to be able to create invoices appropriate to plan and self-managed participants.
