Across all programs, Leap into Dance & Fitness, we have the flexibility to add new classes to our timetable and new types of classes with interest.
Our group classes run with a minimum of 4 participants and max of 8 participants keeping the 1:3/1:4 ratio. Class may become full, in which case you can add your name to out waitlist any time.
Mindfulness session are currently Online with Zoom.
