Moving through stories to learn postures, our yoga classes focus on learning emotional regulation and skill building to develop recognising emotions in our bodies. Learning age appropriate postures develops flexibility, strength and balance.

Our yoga classes remain online with participants finding a positive of being in their own home as it removes distraction and noise and allows them to focus on the development of their practise.

Skills learnt: Taking turns, watching fellow participants, space awareness and proprioception, motor coordination, making choices, following the group plan, relaxation, self-regulation.

Classes are devised by age and support needs. All classes maintain the ratio of 1:4 with no more than 8 participants per group. During the enrolment intake we will discuss which class is most appropriate to trial.
